Archiving can be considered a digital preservation process that ensures the backup and long-term accessibility of information available in digital formats through distribution across electronic systems. In this context, Veterinary and Zootechnical Sciences (VZS) deposits the articles it publishes in electronic archives in accordance with the principles of open access, without requiring any action from the author(s).
Articles published in Veterinary and Zootechnical Sciences (VZS) may be copied, distributed, reused, and adapted, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original source and authors. All submitted manuscripts are assigned to the appropriate Section Editor according to their subject area. The Section Editor independently manages the peer-review process and makes the editorial decision based on the reviewers' reports. The Editor-in-Chief oversees the journal's publication policies, ethical standards, and academic quality without participating in these independent editorial decisions.
