Oxidative stress is an undesirable condition that is tolerated up to a certain level in cell metabolism and life, but generally causes many negative factors. When these toxic metabolites cannot be neutralized by antioxidants, they trigger the formation of many diseases and can be described as the starting components for an unhealthy life. Human health is directly related to the food consumed. For this reason, today there is an increasing desire to return to nature and the natural in order to improve the quality of life and healthy living. Natural plants that have survived from our ancestors to the present day are becoming the center of attention. In order to obtain a natural animal product without chemical residue, reproductive physiology must first continue without disruption. The purpose of this review is to eliminate the negative effects of oxidative stress on reproductive systems and all systems with natural Antioxidant plants. The aim of this study is to scan the existing data on the effects and use of antioxidant plants in order to provide the natural animal products that humanity longs for, which are healthy, have a unique taste, smell and aroma, and do not contain any chemical residue.
