ORCID Policy

Veterinary and Zootechnical Sciences (VZS) strongly supports the use of Open Researcher and Contributor ID (ORCID) to ensure the accurate identification of authors and to enhance the visibility and interoperability of scholarly publications.

Authors are expected to provide their ORCID iD on the Title Page when submitting a manuscript. The Editorial Office may request missing ORCID iDs before the peer-review or publication process is completed.

Each ORCID iD must belong to the respective author and should be linked to the author's current research activities.

ORCID iDs are published with each article. The ORCID icon displayed next to each author's name links directly to the author's ORCID profile, enabling readers to verify author identity and access their academic record.
